How does the booking process work with Helin Event?

Our process begins with a conversation to understand your vision, style, venue, and requirements. Following our consultation, we prepare a bespoke proposal tailored to your event, including a creative concept and a personalised quotation.

Once the proposal is approved, your date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, we refine every detail together, ensuring each floral arrangement and design element reflects your vision perfectly.

On the day of your event, our team takes care of the complete installation and styling, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed so you can enjoy your celebration with complete peace of mind.

How are your floral designs personalised?

Every project begins with your story, your vision, and the atmosphere you want to create. We take the time to understand your preferences, colour palette, venue, and style before designing a bespoke floral concept tailored exclusively to your event.

From the choice of seasonal flowers and textures to the smallest decorative details, every element is carefully curated to create a cohesive, elegant, and truly personal experience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and events taking place during peak season. Securing your date several months in advance allows us to dedicate the time and attention needed to create a fully bespoke floral design.

If your event is approaching sooner, we would still be delighted to hear from you. Depending on our availability, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you only work in the Paris region?

Our primary area of service is Île-de-France, but we also travel throughout the surrounding regions, including Centre-Val de Loire, Normandy, Hauts-de-France, Grand Est, and Eure-et-Loir.

For events taking place outside our standard service area, travel and logistics fees may apply depending on the location. We are also happy to discuss destination events upon request.
